written by Mindy Smith If you’re far aways on this holiday eve And you're dreamin’ of being at home If you’re worried at all that you may be forgotten You should know that you aren’t alone ’Cause you’re there and you’re shining Bright like a beacon, bright as a northern star So, don’t worry because Santa will find you Wherever you are Santa will find you tonight If you’re listening for reindeer and sleigh bells As they jingle and tap on the roof You're awake, piled in blankets With your cousin Sacramone And you hope there’ll be presents for you ’Cause you’re there and you’re shining Bright like a beacon, bright as a northern star So, don’t worry because Santa will find you Wherever you are Santa will find you tonight It’s the time and the season to bring lovers together Never let distance keep you apart With the spirit of Christmas You’ll never be lost If you truly believe in your heart When you’re there and you’re shining Bright like a beacon, bright as a northern star So, don’t worry because Santa will find you wherever you are Santa will find you Don’t worry because Santa will find you Wherever you are Santa will find you tonight

Some Nights by Jack Antonoff, Jefferey Bhasker, Dost Andrew, Nathaniel Joseph Ruess
Some nights, I stay up cashing in my bad luck Some nights, I call it a draw Some nights, I wish that my lips could build a castle Some nights, I wish they’d just fall off
But I still wake up, I still see your ghost Oh Lord, I'm still not sure what I stand for oh What do I stand for? What do I stand for? Most nights, I don’t know anymore... oh woah, oh woah, oh woah oh oh oh woah, oh woah, oh woah oh oh
This is it, boys, this is war - what are we waiting for? Why don’t we break the rules already? I was never one to believe the hype - save that for the black and white I try twice as hard and I'm half as liked, but here they come again to jack my style
And that’s alright; I found a martyr in my bed tonight She stops my bones from wondering just who I am, who I am, who I am Oh, who am I? Oh, who am I? mmm... mmm...
Well, Some nights, I wish that this all would end Cause I could use some friends for a change And some nights, I’m scared you'll forget me again Some nights, I always win, I always win...
But I still wake up, I still see your ghost Oh Lord, I’m still not sure what I stand for, oh What do I stand for? What do I stand for? Most nights, I don’t know... (come on)
So this is it? I sold my soul for this? Washed my hands of that for this? I miss my mom and dad for this?
No. When I see stars, when I see, when I see stars, that’s all they are When I hear songs, they sound like this one, so come on Oh, come on. Oh, come on, OH COME ON!
Well, this is it guys, that is all - five minutes in and I’m bored again Ten years of this, I’m not sure if anybody understands This one is not for the folks at home; Sorry to leave, mom, I had to go Who the fuck wants to die alone all dried up in the desert sun?
My heart is breaking for my sister and the con that she call “love” But when I look into my nephew’s eyes... Man, you wouldn’t believe the most amazing things that can come from... Some terrible lies...ahhh...
The other night, you wouldn’t believe the dream I just had about you and me I called you up, but we’d both agree It's for the best you didn’t listen It’s for the best we get our distance... oh... It’s for the best you didn’t listen It’s for the best we get our distance... oh...

Hold on, to me as we go As we roll down this unfamiliar road And although this wave is stringing us along Just know you’re not alone Cause I’m going to make this place your home
Settle down, it’ll all be clear Don’t pay no mind to the demons They fill you with fear The trouble it might drag you down If you get lost, you can always be found

Mr. Mysto’s Wizard Academy: Simple Magic & Stunts
as revealed to John Carney
Illustrations by Stephanie Gladden
ISBN #0-9701287-2-X
80 pp., B&W, 2011 Carney Magic
The book boldly describes its own purpose for occupying space on your book shelf, which is to “fool family and friends with these great tricks from the self-proclaimed king of magic!”
Simply laid out and always with a sense of humor and fun, the tricks, one suspects, are probably harder to perform successfully than might be implied by the easy manner in which the information is presented. Still, Mr. Mysto, frequently encourages the macgic student to “practice, practice, practice.” Almost every page features Stephanie Gladden’s charming and informative illustrations of Mr. Mysto and his feline assistant Nepomuk.

Many of the the featured work seems influenced by the Art Nuevo style or at least by the contemporary work of Adam Hughes. Other pieces echo in their detail the styles of comic book artists Jim Lee and Marc Silvestri. All of the work, however, has an essence original to Mr. Smith.
