Poland, chalk it up to the menu. We're talking about a billboard-sized
menu, hand-drawn in multicolored chalk twice daily by graffiti artist
Stefan Szwed-Stronzynski as part of a campaign cooked up by the local
office of DDB, art studio Good Looking and Krewcy Krawcy Productions.

The film, by film-maker Johnny Kelly, depicts the life of a farmer as he slowly turns his family farm into an industrial animal factory before seeing the errors of his ways and opting for a more sustainable future. Both the film and the soundtrack were commissioned by Chipotle to emphasize the importance of developing a sustainable food system.

It appears that most of the featured billboards are located in the Los Angeles area, where there are a lot of entertainment studios and networks, so naturally the a lot of the billboards are advertisements for television shows and movies.
The folks behind the site haven’t posted a mission statement, so it all could just be stuff that catches the authors’ eyes.
