By its archive, the blog has been active for nearly five years since September 2009. Perhaps it is the beautiful professional photography, and not the latest Disney Parks news, that has you returning to the blog, enticing you to get up and go there, “there” being one of the parks, attractions, cruise ships or special events covered by its dedicated team of blog authors and contributors.
At some point, I became mesmerized by the variety of photographs cropped and used for the banner header, which randomly changes with every page refresh. Some times the headers are themed to special events like yesterday’s 24-hour “Rock Your Disney Side” celebration, or the opening of new attractions like the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, or Star Wars Weekends. After near on five years, I bet that there have been over two-hundred different header images, many of which I’ve missed or just haven’t had the luck to see by the grace of the randomizer.
So taken by the images have I been that I put them up as computer display wallpapers, completed with captions. Here, I share what appears to be the main set of 70, which share the aesthetic of having round corners.
